If you are nursing an old hurt, stuck on a distressing episode, or ruminating about the could’ve, should’ve, would’ves of your life, then you have unresolved feelings that need to be cleared in order to welcome self-love.
I created the following exercise based on the teachings of Emmet Fox, a leader in the New Thought movement of the early 20th century. Fox was a minister, author, healer, and mystic. His teachings encouraged individuals to develop their own creative power. Fox believed, as I do, that we can lift our consciousness above the level of our problems and resentments in order to resolve them.
